Love the fact that the bag stays put on my shoulders unlike the normal rectangular one I had been using (from another supplier!). I also enjoy the weight of the bag which encourages me to consciously relax my shoulders - I have a tendency to hunch them, which really doesn't help the arthritis!

Seem to be doing the job in conjunction with Viscotears and in addition - it's very relaxing spending up to 10 minutes with a warm eye mask in place!
