Soft and supportive - Ordered this on recommendation from a friend who has used one whist flying between New Zealand and UK. As my daughter and her Dad are soon to make the same journey I was delighted to see that I would be getting two for the price of one. Does the job - The luggage strap does the job and and makes it easier to identify baggage on the airport carousel. It was delivered promptly and the personalisation is helpful. Great idea - Haven’t used these straps yet but, having generic black suitcases, I imagine the bright yellow straps with our name printed on will be most helpful in picking out our luggage on the conveyor belt. Best heat treatment ever - Bought this for neck pain after trying the stick on heat patches from the chemist.
