As described, swift delivery - Purchased for 2 parents - one with a trapped tendon and the other with osteo-arthritis. Both arrived very quickly and as ordered (smelling lovely as I ordered with lavender scent.) Very comforting in the cold weather - I bought these wheatybags because my others were on their last legs having been in use for at least 15/20 years. The new ones are just as good and very effective when it's cold. When I come in out of the cold I put my 'hotties' in the microwave and I have instant heat to warm my joints and my back - very comforting. I use them to warm up the bed before I get in it - I'm wary about electric blankets. I understand that they can be used as ice packs but I haven't tried that yet. (HW, 25/03/2018)
