WheatyBags® Brand of wheat bags are all UK Made and our quality is assured. We offer a vast range of sizes and shapes of heat pack that have a choice of filling though all work in very much the same way; heat them in the microwave following the safety tested and approved heating guidelines and place on your body for general comfort and warmth.
Wheat Bags have been available in the UK since the early 1990's though many suppliers have fallen by the wayside over the years. WheatyBags® Heat Packs are Safety Tested and we have printed the heating guidelines to meet the requirements and as such will provide a safe and gently warmed heat pack for your use.
Being made in our own factory we are in control of the quality of the wheat bags and have designed many ranges of size and shaped heat packs from rectangle as the most popular through to square heat packs and other more specialised heat packs like "U" and "T" shaped wheat bags which can sit on the body better depending on where you want the warmth to be targeted. Available in a range of fabrics and colour and many with a choice of filling, these heat packs will provide you with localised comfort and warmth where needed.

Many people use microwave wheat bags for the back but what's more important is to select the right shape of heat pack for your own use. The name of the heating pad doesn't really matter, whether this is the Upper Shoulder & Back Heat Pack or one of the more traditional shaped rectangular-shaped wheat bags like the Large 40cm Heat Pack or the Upper Neck & Back T-Shaped Heat Pack; they all work the same.

No matter which size or shape of back wheat bag you choose, consider are you sitting down to use the heat pack (in which case any shape will be ok to use depending on the size of the area you want to cover on your back area) or if you prefer to have a heat pack you can wear around the lower back area like the Wearable Heat Pack.

Upper Back Wheat Bags and Heat Packs.

Lower Back comfort can be found from the use of heating pads for lower back comfort such as wheat bags or similar. No matter what the shape of the wheat bag, they all work the same way and are heated in the microwave for gentle soothing comfort and warmth. All WheatyBags® heat packs can be used on the lower back though we find customers tend to want the larger size rectangular shaped heat packs to cover a larger area, with the added benefit that the larger heat packs usually retain their heat a little longer.

When looking at this range of wheat bags for the lower back, don't worry about what we call them by product name, look more at the shape and size and consider which heat pack will cover the right amount of area on your lower back where the comforting warmth needs to be. Lower Back areas tend to be larger and so our larger rectangles and wearable

Some heat pads for neck warmth can sit on top of the shoulder area and warm up the top of the shoulders and lower neck (smaller u-shaped neck pack or the larger u-shaped version) though there is usually nothing better than having a heat pack that can wrap around the neck (re/products/wheat-bags-extra-large-heat-pack) or especially ones that go slightly up the neck area to reach the top of the spine (T-Shaped Neck Heating Pad).

Shoulder wheat bags are usually fairly large due to the size of the area where the shoulder needs warmth and comfort. Heating Pads like Wheat Bags send a warming heat into the shoulder area though one thing to consider when choosing your wheat bag would be its size and shape.

WheatyBags® Shoulder Wheat Bag are large in size and usually square or rectangle or u-shaped in design. A large area of the upper shoulder, forming itself to wrap around the shoulder rotator cuff and also spread the contact area down to other parts of the shoulder like the shoulder blade can be useful at times when looking at a larger size wheat bag.

Any shape and size of wheat bag could be used and, no matter what they may be called by product name all tend to work the same way, just heat in the microwave and place onto the shoulder area usually on top of clothing in case they feel a little hot at times.

Abdominal pain is something that we all experience at some point in our lives. Most causes of abdominal pain are not serious and can be easily diagnosed and treated. The pain can be brought on by many things such as indigestion, constipation or a common stomach bug.

All wheat bags tend to work the same way in that they are warmed in the microwave and then placed on the area like the hips. Larger rectangle-shaped wheat bags at around 49cm or 40cm tend to do the trick as they can extend down from the hip to the top of the thigh almost when seated, or other shaped square shapes help.
