WBS - Frozen Shoulder

A Frozen Shoulder is caused by the tissue around the shoulder joint becoming inflamed and then tightening causing pain. The affected shoulder can be sore and stiff for months, and although this will usually reduce over time, it can be greatly uncomfortable and limit movement for those with the condition.
