Meditation cushions tend to be used for comfort when sitting in the same position for extended periods of time and these meditation pillows come in a choice of sizes to suit your needs.

We offer a range of fabrics and colour choices including some natural cotton fabric options that will help if you wanted an all-natural meditation cushion. The buckwheat husks we use to fill the cushions are entirely organic and are an all-natural filling.

Meditation cushions really help when sitting in a fully or partially crossed-legged position as they raise the body up from the floor thereby opening the hip joints to allow better flow of blood to the legs. People starting out with meditation would tend to go with a 25cm height cushion, some starting at 30cm tall and then as the hip joints open over time, the body relaxes and needs less height to be comfortable.
